MEET JESSICA
Jessica brings a broad construction background and a passion for helping contractors build stronger, more profitable companies.
Jessica began working in the construction industry in 2013 and has experience across both residential and large-scale commercial and industrial construction. Throughout her career, she has owned and operated construction companies, worked as a building inspector, and served as a project manager for a large commercial and industrial construction company delivering medical facilities, higher-education buildings, and other complex projects.
Working in different areas of the industry has given Jessica a firsthand understanding of the challenges construction companies face—not only in building projects, but in managing the people, processes, finances, and systems behind them.
Throughout her career, Jessica has developed a particular passion for helping smaller construction companies succeed and grow. She has seen many contractors with the knowledge, craftsmanship, and drive to build successful businesses, but without the systems and processes needed to support that growth.
That's where Construction Profit Solutions comes in.
Jessica has developed practical systems and operational processes designed to help construction companies work more smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Her approach is hands-on: understand how a company actually operates, identify what's holding it back, build solutions around the people who will use them, and help put those solutions into practice.
Jessica believes the best systems aren't necessarily the most complicated—they're the ones that make people's jobs easier, create accountability, and actually work in the real world.

MEET JAYSON
Jayson brings a hands-on construction perspective built from years of experience in the field and in project management.
Jayson began working in construction at 17, starting in the trades as an electrician. His experience includes both residential, commercial & industrial construction, as well as controls, giving him a strong understanding of what it takes to successfully execute a project from the field level up.
Jayson has spent much of his career as a project manager for a large electrical company, where he works closely with projects, people, and the systems that keep construction moving forward.
Throughout his career, Jayson has developed a passion for helping construction companies operate as successfully and efficiently as possible. He understands that successful projects aren't just about completing the work—they depend on effective communication, strong processes, accountability, and the ability to bring all of the moving pieces together.
He also believes that the success of individual contractors has an impact far beyond their own companies.
